đź’°How to stake your HH
Staking Description & Instruction
Welcome to the HouseHaeds Staking guide. This guide is designed to assist you with migrating your HouseHaeds from Ethereum to Polygon where they can be staked (and play the Quaest once launched).
For the best experience, we recommend using a PC to connect with your wallet. Should you have any issues connecting, you may open up a ticket in the HouseHaeds discord server.
On average the process takes less than 5 minutes with a total of 5 blockchain transactions/approvals.
Step 1: Navigate to the Home Screen and select “Start Staking”

Step 2: Connect your wallet to the staking platform
Once you click “Start Staking” you will receive a pop up asking you to select your wallet with your HouseHaeds in it, connect to the website. The loading bar will complete (taking approximately 1 minute) and you will see the un-staked Househaeds in your wallet.

Step 3: Wallet Screen:
On this screen, you will be able to select the houses you wish to stake. You can select multiple HouseHaeds to bridge and stake (once selected a pink border will appear). Note, during times of high network congestion, some HouseHaeds may not successfully complete the bridge. If this happens, they will be returned to your wallet. Once you have made your selection, click the “Stake” button. (edited)

Step 4: Switch Networks: After clicking the “Stake” button if you are not already on Ethereum, your wallet will pop up, asking for you to switch networks to Ethereum. Select “Switch Network”

Step 5: Begin the Bridging to Polygon
The next notification you will receive, is requesting your permission to begin migrating from Ethereum to Polygon, this will be an ETH based transaction, with the gas fee covered by you. Selecting approve, will begin the migration process on the blockchain. (edited)

Step 6: Signature Request
This transaction requests the signature of the contract to approve the migration. Once selected, your NFTs will begin making their way to Polygon.

Step 7: Swap your wallet to the Polygon Network
You will then be presented with a popup, asking you to switch your network from Ethereum to Polygon. From there, you can approve the final transaction.

Step 8: Sign the Polygon network contract to complete your staking.
This will be the final approval needed to now stake your HouseHaeds on the Polygon network.

Step 9: Select the “Staking” bar on the right to see your Newly staked NFT
After selecting “Sign” you will be returned to the Unstaked HouseHaeds page. From there, you can select the “Staking” bar on the right, which will display your staked NFTs.

Step 10: View your staked NFTs
